HAYES JOHN "JACK" Age 71, of Collier Twp., on Sunday, September 6, 2015. Beloved husband of 49 years to Nancy (Boeh) Hayes; son of the late John "Frosty"and Mary Story Hayes; loving father of John (Melissa) Hayes, Aimee (Nick) Petrucci and the late Tammy Hayes; brother of Mary (Jim) Fox, late Clyde Cook, late Donna (late Skip) Rex, late Bill (Alice) Hayes, late Rita (Tom) Buranovsky, and late brother-in-law, Clyde Cook; dear grandfather of Brianna, Hunter, Julia, Ryan, Alexa, Nicholas and Anthony; also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great- nephews, and cousins. Jack was retired from Braun Baking Company since 2002. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, golfer and enjoyed spending time with all of his grandchildren, and being a videographer for the South Fayette Lions Football team.
